Tie Me Up

I feel so guilty for not making anything lately, yet I was determined to update my damn blog. So I dug into the wood works and found this knitted scarf. I begged my co-worker to take some pictures of it for me and he came through. Thank you Jeremy (he also does freelance if anyone is interested)!

The tie was inspired by the book Stitch and Bitch. You can learn to increase and decrease easily with this knitting book. To give a short summary of how I made this tie. I started with a single stitch, increased it by two stitches on the next row and so on and so forth until it looked like a triangle. Then I started decreasing the stitches to the size I wanted and then kept knitting to the length of the tie I wanted. DONE. Goodbye!
